No one can blame companies for requiring this level of experience. For many companies, especially those without large budgets for training new hires, it’s simply impractical to invest heavily in onboarding someone who lacks commercial experience.

The CDT program treats you as an actual Zuri Team employee. You’ll be onboarded with training on essential tools like Jira, GitHub, and Slack. Then, you’ll dive into working on real projects that are either currently live or destined for future release.

Prerequisite

To enrol in this training, you must meet at least 2 of the following criteria:

  1. Completed a beginner training that lasts at least 3 months
  2. Completed intermediate training that lasts at least 2 months
  3. Completed at least 1 training project
  4. Completed any of the Zuri Training courses in software development or design.
  5. At least 6 months of learning experience
  6. At least 6 months of coding/design experience

What languages and tools will I work with?

The Zuri Team CDT program focuses on equipping you with in-demand skills for real-world projects. While we recommend some prior experience, we can help you further develop your proficiency in the following areas:

  • Programming Languages:
    • Front-End Development: JavaScript (including popular frameworks like ReactJS and VueJS)
    • Back-End Development: JavaScript (with frameworks like NodeJS and ExpressJS), PHP (and frameworks)
  • Mobile Development: Flutter

Program Commitment and Pricing:

The CDT program requires a minimum commitment of 3 months and a maximum of 24 months. You’ll be required to pay the initial 3 months commitment fee upfront, with the option to split future payments into monthly installments.

  • First 3 Months: NGN 120,000
  • Monthly Commitment Fee (After Initial 3 Months): NGN 50,000

Save Money with Upfront Payments!

Choose to pay for 3 months or more upfront (after the initial three months) and receive a discounted rate of NGN 120,000 (instead of NGN 150,000).

What about refunds? We understand that circumstances can change.

  • Full Refund Before Start Date: If you decide not to participate in the program before your start date, you’ll receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
  • Partial Refund After Start Date: If you decide to leave the program after your start date, a prorated refund may be available depending on how long you’ve been enrolled.
  • No Refunds After 3 Months: Unfortunately, refunds are not available after you’ve completed the initial 3-month commitment. This is because during this period, you’ll receive significant onboarding, training, and project experience.
